Contact form
The form asks for your name, phone number, preferred contact method and time, area of interest and an optional comment. This information is used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include diagnoses, medical history or other sensitive information.
Demonstration mode
In the current demonstration, the server validates the form but does not store the enquiry or send it to the doctor. This is explained after submission. For actual contact, please use the phone or WhatsApp.
Analytics and external services
Optional analytics requires your consent. No external analytics systems are connected at present. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through privacy settings. When you follow links to WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, that service’s own policies apply.
